Mentoring Program @ Union Christian College

UC College is committed to fostering the overall development of students through structured academic and co-curricular interventions. One of the flagship initiatives supporting this vision is the UCCIMT Mentoring Program, designed to nurture students’ personal, professional, and leadership capabilities through continuous guidance and engagement.

The mentoring system emphasises student development, holistic growth, confidence-building, communication enhancement, leadership development, employability readiness, and personality transformation, ensuring every student receives individualised support and guidance throughout the program.
